Family-owned and operated, Baby Acapulco has been serving quality Tex-Mex food in Austin for over 20 years. The Baby Acapulco's on I-35 near Howard Lane is a great place to enjoy an authentic Mexican  meal. Portions are Texas-sized and the prices reasonable. Enjoy a traditional breakfast of migas or huevos rancheros. For lunch and dinner, enjoy your typical Tex-Mex menu items such as fajitas, quesadillas and nachos. However, Baby Acapulco also offers several fresh seafood specialties such as mahi-mahi, catfish, calamari and shrimp. Try the queso con shrimp for an appetizer. For those patrons who are just not in the mood for Tex-Mex, don't worry: the burgers at Baby Acapulco are definitely worth trying. And don't forget to order one of Baby Acapulco's margaritas - choose from a rainbow of flavors: Blue, Banana, Cantaloupe, Chambord, Coconut, Mango, Midori, Peach, Pineapple, Purple, Pink Passion, Strawberry, Sangria or Lime.
