For years, Houstonians have been flocking to the fast-casual Mexican restaurant Berryhill Baja Grill for unique baja-style cuisine. Now, Dallasites are finally able to experience for themselves Berryhill's tasty fish tacos, savory tamales and creamy corn and poblano chowder. The lengthy menu features standard Tex-Mex fare as well as baja-style versions of classic Tex-Mex dishes such as chipotle shrimp quesadillas and seafood enchiladas. At the family-friendly Berryhill's on Preston Road, kids devour cheese quesadillas while their parents sip frosty margaritas and munch on beef chimichangas and  grilled fish burritos. Budget-conscious diners take note: Mondays - Fridays from 2pm to 7pm, Berryhill's offers the following can't-be-beat specials: $1 tamales, discounts on fish tacos, $1.75 to $3.25 beers, $4.50 margaritas and $4.95 sangrias.
